Our eBooks are delivered as PDF files. A PDF opens on any computer, tablet or smartphone with a free PDF reader.

Two titles are available in both English and German.
One title, Surviving My First Year of Child Loss, has also been translated into Vietnamese – please check with local bookshops.

Orders placed directly with me are shipped within Switzerland. If you live outside Switzerland, the fastest option is to order the paperback through Amazon, or your local online bookshop, which prints and ships locally in many countries.

Within Switzerland, orders are sent by Swiss Post and usually arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch. Amazon orders follow Amazon’s delivery times for your country. eBooks and digital prints are available immediately after payment.

After payment, you receive an email receipt with your download link. Please save the file to your device straight away – download limits apply. For the digital grief-quote prints, the link can be used once only.

Yes. I supply books for support groups, retreats and donations. Email me with the title, number of copies and delivery address, and I will send you a quote and a PayPal invoice.

Yes. Volume discounts apply to orders of multiple copies; the minimum order is 20 copies. Please email me for a quote.

Yes. Many readers buy these books for a friend or family member after a loss. For a more personal gift, I can sign the book or add your own dedication. You can also order a copy with a dedication marking a donation in memory of a child. Email me before ordering so I can prepare it for you.

Paperbacks ordered on this site are shipped from Switzerland. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Outside Switzerland, order via Amazon (or your local online bookshop) for local printing and delivery.

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it ships, minus any costs already incurred (Terms and Conditions). Signed or personalised copies cannot be returned.

If your book arrives damaged or misprinted, email a photo within 14 days of delivery. I will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you. Amazon orders are handled through Amazon’s returns process.

eBooks and digital prints are delivered by download link immediately after payment. No physical item is sent. Save the file as soon as you receive it; digital prints can be downloaded once. Because digital files are delivered instantly, they cannot be returned or refunded. If a file is faulty or a link does not work, email me, and I will send a new one.

Your details are used only to process your order and, if you subscribe, to send the newsletter. They are never sold or lent to third parties. You can ask to be deleted from our database at any time. Full details: Privacy Policy.

Payments are processed using your credit card. Your card details are not stored on this website. Direct and bulk orders are invoiced through PayPal.
