The success of a podcast depends on the listener’s shared experience.
Now, as we’ve celebrated our podcast’s one-year anniversary, we would like to ask for your help to make it even better. We value your opinion and would be grateful if you could take a moment to leave us a review on your preferred podcast platform. Your reviews not only provide us with valuable feedback but also help us reach a wider audience, ensuring that those in need of support find their way to our podcast.
This is meaningful to new listeners who might be looking for a podcast in support of their dealing with grief and trauma.

To support this podcast’s reach, please rate, review, subscribe to, or follow the podcast on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Podcast App – Rate, Review, and Follow
If you have an Apple device, you will have access to the Podcast app. Watch the 47sec clip I made below to find out how you can rate and review the podcast.
If you like, you can also follow the show and you will be notified each time a new episode has been released.
Spotify – Rate and Follow
Rating podcasts on Spotify is about as easy as it gets, but here’s another question: Why should someone even bother with this in the first place? As Spotify explains, the ratings “give listeners an opportunity to support their favorite podcast shows and enable a two-way feedback loop between creator and listener.”
Simply open the Spotify App on your device, find the podcast, and rate the show. There is currently no option to leave a review on Spotify.
Just like with the podcast app, you can follow the show and you will be notified each time a new episode has been released.
